REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return/Exchange Policy:
100% satisfaction is always our goal. Therefore, if you have any issues with your item(s), please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@souledoutaromas.com
All sales are final therefore we are unable to accept returns at this time. However, in the event you receive the wrong item(s) our Exchange policies are as follows:
You will have 3 days from the date received to notify us to be eligible. In order to exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be returned in its original packaging and you'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The shipping cost to exchange the item(s) will be at the expense of the customer.
Although Souled Out Aromas is not responsible for damages that may occur during shipping and delivery. We are willing to work with you to rectify the situation. If you receive a damaged item(s), please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Refund (if applicable) will first require an email to customer service at hello@souledoutaromas.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

When the item is received back to Souled Out Aromas, you will be notified via email. Once received please allow 7-10 days for the item(s) to be inspected and approved/denied for a refund/exchange. Another email will be sent explaining if the item will be approved or denied. If approved, allow 10-14 business days for the refund to process (if applicable). If after that timeframe the refund is not received, please contact your banking institution first. If they advise that the issue is on our end, please contact us so that the error can be resolved. For exchanges please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping.
