SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy:

Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. All candles need time to cure and although our candles are not made to order, in order for us to provide you with the best experience possible, we must allow that time.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will be sure to contact you via email. 

Please note that once the package is scanned by the post office we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. 

However, we always want to make sure you receive the order that you paid for so please contact us at prolificcandleco@gmail.com if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.
